No, the Easyfit HX 2100 has no risk of legionella. The system contains no standing water and complies with all relevant safety standards, amking it completely safe to use. 

Since water also flows through the inside, it should be cleaned internally from time to time as well. Using a hand shower and hot water, you can easily clean the inside with chemicals but always read the manual first.

The heat exchanger can get clogged if not properly used. We advice to install a hair catcher and don’t flusj paper or textiles.
